HOW TO BUY

To buy or order add a product to the cart, fill in customer and delivery detail and follow to the payment page. If needed, write your comment. After receiving your payment, we will contact you informing about the shipping.

If you have any questions, text us on WhatsApp chat and we will reply as soon as possible.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

All prices are given in Euro. We accept PayPal.

In case your payment does not go through, email us and we will find an affordable payment method.

Payment methods

We provide international shipping with a tracking number. The parcels are shipped by the Russian Post company. The price of shipping depends on the weight of the parcel and it is calculated by the Russian Post company.

The shipping price

The average shipping price is 11-30€ for small parcels weighing up to 2,2 lb(1 kilogram) and 40-80€ for big parcels weighing over 4,4 lb(2 kilograms).

 

Please, let us know your country so we can check the possibility of shipping to your place.


Also we can send it through an intermediary from another country. For example, if you have a friend there, then we can send the parcel to her/him first, and she/he will send it to you :)

 

We are not liable in cases where:

1) if you did not write the zip code or wrote the wrong zip code

2) if you misspelled the delivery address or wrote an incomplete delivery address

3) if you misspelled the recipient's First and Last name

 

4) if you misspelled e-mail and phone number or wrote a phone number without country code

5) if you did not respond to a Customs or Postal Service inquiry

You may receive a phone call from a Customs or Postal Service official or a written request to your e-mail address. You should inform as soon as possible that you are waiting for a parcel and say the track number. You will also need to confirm the contents of the package (e.g. miniature horse model, wooden stand, box) If you do not respond to this phone call or e-mail request, the parcel will either be returned to the sender or disposed of. Response time limit may vary from country to country.

 

We can help prepare a response, just forward us a letter from Customs or Postal Service.

6) If you are absent from the delivery address and cannot collect the parcel within the time limit for delivery.

7) if you forgot about the parcel

Every postal service has a time limit for holding a parcel. After the expiration of the period, the parcel will either be returned to the sender or disposed of.

8) for an error made by the Postal Service

REFUND & RETURN

Unfortunately, refund and returns are impossible due to the international issues.
